IGNOU previous year question papers
Term-end papers repeat patterns. The official past paper is a better tutor than a guess list of “important questions”.

Where past papers actually are

IGNOU does not keep one immortal “all PYQ” portal. Papers show up on eGyankosh, in school folders on ignou.ac.in, and sometimes in regional-centre notices. This site does not host a pirated zip of every TEE paper.
- Search eGyankosh for the course code, then filter for question papers if the collection is mixed.
- June and December papers for the same code are both useful. Patterns matter more than the year in the filename.
- A “PYQ 2026 guessed paper” from a coaching channel is not a past paper. It is marketing.
How to use a past paper
Read the instructions on the real paper: sections, word bands, whether questions are compulsory. Then write. Then open the block. That order is the point.
| You have | Open next |
|---|---|
| Past TEE paper | The eGyankosh block for that course code |
| This session’s TMA | The same block — different questions, same units |
| Date sheet | The hall ticket, not a PYQ zip |
Date sheet is a different download
Previous papers do not tell you the day you sit. The date sheet does.

Course URLs under this path used to promise a file. Most of those folders never had one. Do not wait here for a dump. Search eGyankosh with the code from your ID card.
Blocks before papers
A past paper without the unit is trivia. Get the official material first.
